Caesar's Palace
The HotelCaesars Palace was the first Vegas resort to really go all-out and make the lavish rooms you are looking for. These rooms have tons of sprawling floor space, tall ceilings, and stellar interior design. If you are willing to shell out another $50 per night, you can land one of their many suites. While every room has a plasma TV, electronic drapes and high speed internet connections, the suites really take it to a whole new level. For instance, expect large whirlpool tubs, extra rooms, marble detailing, and even full butler service. For the right price, you can make all of your dreams come true here. Sadly, as you may have guessed, these prices can get rather high. If you are planning a trip to Vegas on a budget, this place is not for you. Even if you can manage to pay for the rooms (which aren't that bad) the overall cost of the trip will be much more. Meals, drinks, tips, and wagering limits will all be double if not triple what they would've been downtown or on Boulder Highway. For instance, a typical lunch will run you $20-$30, and dinner will be even more. If you are traveling with the family, you may spend several hundred dollars a day just to keep food in everyone's stomach. The CasinoThe casino in Caesars Palace is anything but modest. At a massive 129,000 square feet, this is one of the largest gaming establishments in the whole world! While they do not have the best craps odds in town, they do have some of the highest limits. Sit down at any of their 7 craps tables and you will presented with 3-4-5x odds. If you need a refresher about the odds bet, check out our article about using the odds bet. Most casinos let you bet as little as $3-$5 but if you're playing at Caesars, prepare to spend at least $10. Also, if you are a true high roller you can take advantage of their unmatched $50,000 maximum bets!
If you are new to casino games, or want to brush up on your game, Caesars has free gambling classes that take you through the basics in just a few minutes to get you up and playing as quickly and painlessly as possible. EntertainmentCaesars Palace is designed to give you an unbeatable experience, and to really get your engines revving, they have perfected the art of entertainment. If you haven't visited them before, you'll want to check out the Forum Shops. This is like mini-mall built right into Caesars, and only the ritziest stores are available. Just like everything else here, if you want to take part, you'll need to have a hefty bankroll. In the 1990's when Vegas began making a push to become more family friendly, Caesars Palace led the charge. They now have great child care services, and a safe overall environment, as well as some other goodies. Their arcade is world-famous and really is a blast for tourists of all ages. Before booking your room at Ceasar's Palace, you owe it to yourself to compare prices and get the best rate possible.
